Overview

Karuna Foundation is working in Province No. 1 to give services to persons with disabilities. The foundation is also working on proactive measures to prevent complications before and after pregnancy. The organization required a system that could manage the current manual system that included different activities involving different levels of administration from provincial, district, municipality levels to CBRF. The foundation has plans to expand its activities to other provinces with a similar approach. Rooster Logic partnered with Karuna Foundation to develop a system that could help them track interventions. 

The goal was to build a system through which - 

a) Karuna Foundation and the Local Government can plan and track intervention activities that involve different stakeholders. 

b) Get insight on different program and activity levels for decision-makers and operational staff. 

Methodology 

Rooster Logic developed the system using Agile Methodology. We continuously interacted with the clients and the end-users throughout the journey of the project. 

First Stage:

In the first stage, multiple sessions were conducted with the client to understand the overall process and life cycle of activities performed by various staff and relevant stakeholders. The information gathered was used to define the scope and requirements of the system to be designed. 

Second and Third Stage: 

In the second stage, we prepared the system-specific requirements and wireframes. In the third stage, we developed the system and completed some major milestones. We scheduled demo and feedback sessions to make sure the function and features developed served the actual purpose of the system. The feedback generated was carefully analyzed and incorporated into the system to make it user-friendly and efficient. 

Final Stage: 

In the final stage, we deployed the system and provided user manuals. We conducted a training session with the end-users to brief them about the developed system. 

To develop this customized system, we deployed our expert services in information collection and understanding the needs of the client. Then, we used these inputs to build a system with a feedback loop. Rooster Logic built a scalable system that managed the entire workflow for the project/organization.
